Heavenly Father, as we step in the new year, we praise You for Your unwavering faithfulness that guides us each day. We stand on Your promises and trust that Your mercies are new every morning. Thank You for Your provision and grace in every circumstance—help us to find contentment in Your love, knowing that You are with us through every challenge and every joy. Fill our hearts with gratitude and let Your peace and presence be our strength as we journey forward. Amen.

Child like Faith.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me” (Matthew 19:14; Mark 10:14; Luke 18:16) because He wanted everyone to understand that children are fully welcome in God’s Kingdom and deeply valued by Him—not overlooked or pushed aside. When the disciples tried to stop parents from bringing their children, Jesus corrected them to show that God’s love is open to the humble, the dependent, and the trusting—qualities children naturally display, most of the time they are selfless and easy trusting, with open hearts. He also used that moment to teach that we must receive God’s Kingdom with childlike faith, reminding us that access to Him is not based on status, strength, or age, but on a sincere heart that comes to Him. Let our Childlike faith always encourage us to come to Him and learn to be in His presence. For in His presence, there is fullness of Joy.
