Praying for our friends and children, and even those who are not part of us, is essential for our existence. This requires faith and hope for what is not. This song is written for those who seek a reminder of the importance of prayer, and for those who need prayer, to let them know they are thinking of them.

LET YOUR WIND BLOW: It is easy to depend on people and things because that is what we can see, but depending on the Holy Spirit is not easy because He is a person we cannot see, and we experience His intervention in our lives only. He reminds us of what our heavenly Father requires of us. He is gentle and always seeks an audience with us. Let His wind blow in our lives as a reminder that as we leave, He lives in us.

HOPE SESSION 2: We live in a world where hope is fading every single day, and children have become increasingly more anxious than hopeful. This is a generation where it has become increasingly hard to talk about hope with many broken homes and marriages, which is very heartbreaking even to think or talk about it, yet every single day, as people, we need to speak hope to the community, including those who feel they have none. There is hope in God; He can turn a hopeless situation into one full of vision and hope because He is our source of joy and Hope.

Umetuwezesha Bawana is a song that truly speaks to my heart. With the many challenges in my life, I can truly stand and say that God has been Faithful in my journey. It comes to a point where everyone will leave; it will be only you and what it is that God put in your hand, and how well you can focus and let Him be able to do the work in you. The Journey promised was never easy, but His Faithfulness to continue to carry us through the difficult times makes the difference in our lives. His promises and word never fail. So, I can surely say that it is our God who enables us when all else fails. He is a God who is able. As Isiah says in Isiah 40:31 “31
But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him]
Will gain new strength and renew their power;
They will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun];
They will run and not become weary,
They will walk and not grow tired.” (AMP)

When one turns around and sees hope where there was none, one can only say it must have been God, because when all of humanity seeks to destroy one, God is a builder and will always be a builder. The work that Jesus accomplished at the cross speaks volumes to me as an individual. With so much despair in my life, I can say the Cross of Jesus has given me hope to be able to face the many challenges that life throws at me. There is healing, there is hope, there is forgiveness, and there is a new life in Him every day. The Cross makes a turnaround in life for the better and creates hope for the future. ( Ezekiel Obiero)

Joy is a very important component in our lives, although sometimes confused with happiness; joy comes from a place of understanding and is long-lasting, but happiness is dependent on circumstances. Finding Joy is an important part of a Christian journey. The Apostle Paul talks about it in the book of Philippians, Philippians 4: 4 “:4 Rejoice in the Lord always [delight, take pleasure in Him]; again, I will say, rejoice!”. Finding Joy is finding and understanding your purpose in life, which many people never get to experience. Singing about God’s joy and peace is a lasting experience in one’s life.
